요약 (영) We would like to provide policy directions to strengthen financial efficiency and to secure stability in operation and management after urban regeneration facilities were established. To this end, we reviewed the current evaluation system of Urban Regeneration New Deal projects and checked similar systems implemented by other central government agencies. The preliminary feasibility evaluation index was divided into demand, benefit, cost estimation index, and policy analysis index.
In conclusion, through a preliminary feasibility evaluation study, local governments or local communities should measure relatively accurate local demand in the planning stage before project application, and we can expect to change practices of financial management that local governments rely on financial aids of the central government. At the same time, it is possible to secure fairness in the selection, and it is expected to have a policy effect that can prioritize projects with high economic and regional ripple effects.
