요약 (영)

요약 (영) The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of satisfaction of residents of the light-garam innovation city on social capital through loyalty, and to suggest policy implications for the qualitative development of the overall social community as well as the improvement of the settlement environment of innovative cities. To achieve the purpose of this study, the research model was revised by considering the theory and previous studies and adding social capital and loyalty based on the customer satisfaction index model (NCSI). This study conducted a survey of 307 residents of the light-garam innovation city and verified the influence relationship using the structural equation model (SEM).
The results of this study and the policy implications are as follows. First, the level of the innovative city migration zone has a positive effect on the satisfaction of residents through quality and value, and the perception of the value of the innovative city has a lower effect on the satisfaction than the quality perception. In order to continuously develop the light-gam innovation city in the future, it is necessary to focus on administrative services that increase the perception of the quality and value of the city. Second, residents' satisfaction with innovative cities had a positive effect on social capital, but satisfaction had a greater influence on social capital when loyalty was mediated.
The following are policy implications: Innovative cities are in need of family migration rate of public institution employees and inflow of excellent companies and talent in the metropolitan area for the second leap forward. To do this, it is necessary to make the value of innovative cities one step further by forming trust, norms and networks of communities as well as improving the quality of settlement environment. To this end, policies and programs that can increase social capital should be operated together with residents who are loyal to innovative cities. In addition, local governments should establish a system that can secure professional manpower together and effectively implement policies.
